Our People
Staff and ongoing training is vital to the success of
marketing efforts, it's on the frontlines where critical
first impressions are made and your products value judged.
proCall follows a stringent training policy beginning with
staff orientation to build good understanding of the client,
target market and ultimate goal of each contact. A
professional and confident telephone voice is developed
through ongoing instruction and feedback in the form of
daily silent monitoring, coaching, and encouragement.
Agents are reimbursed through the combination of hourly
wages supplemented by daily performance bonuses. Our
employee recruitment and initial training process has been
developed with two main objectives; how do we attract the
type of people we want to work with ? When we have them -
how do we keep them ?
proCall's corporate mission is to raise the standards of
professionalism and ethics through our vision of building a
business run by its people. Working with our clients we look
for the opportunity to help make things work the way they
should. Our motivation lies in the belief that when a
genuine effort is put in things tend to work themselves out
in the end. Our daily goal; give people the tools they need
to make a bigger contribution and to get more out of their jobs
