Our People

Staff and ongoing training is vital to the success of marketing efforts, it’s on the frontlines where critical first impressions are made and your products value judged. proCall follows a stringent training policy beginning with staff orientation to build good understanding of the client, target market and ultimate goal of each contact. A professional and confident telephone voice is developed through ongoing instruction and feedback in the form of daily silent monitoring, coaching, and encouragement.

Agents are reimbursed through the combination of hourly wages supplemented by daily performance bonuses. Our employee recruitment and initial training process has been developed with two main objectives; how do we attract the type of people we want to work with ? When we have them - how do we keep them ?
