Fulfilling jobs in Calgary, procall telephone agents are required to generate outbound calls and / or respond to inbound customer inquiries. Calgary jobs providing experience in sales and effective customer service produces staff with transferable skills for future job opportunities in Calgary Alberta. As an employee of proCall you are required to understand individual client campaign objectives and be able to communicate these objectives in a professional manner.
Two job shifts are available in Calgary. Day time shift hours run from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Monday through Friday. Evening hours are from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Compensation for Calgary jobs is provided on an hourly basis with incentives for top achievers.

Successful job applicants for the will have overall responsibility for the achievements of their staff. You will support, motivate and develop supervisors so that all agents for our Calgary jobs are capable of meeting job and campaign requirements. You must understand client objectives and expectations. Success will be accomplished through your ability to communicate these job objectives in Calgary. In this role, you will ensure proCall is attaining or exceeding minimum job goals. Effective management of fundamental telemarketing skills will ensure you deliver quality market interaction, while maintaining high employee morale.
All job applicants must have previous management and / or supervisory experience. Have the ability to manage staff, client and job expectations. Demonstration of your results oriented attitude along with a proven track record will be viewed as a definite asset. In your job role at proCall you will exemplify interpersonal and communication excellence. As an ambassador of proCall you are called on to perform your duties through mature leadership combined with strong business ethics.

Compensation is negotiable and will be assessed during job interviewing process.
