ProCall telephone productivity arises from two fundamental
industry advantages, automated dialing and online database
systems. Daily
outbound calling integrates a Predictive Auto Dialer (PAD),
with the customer database. The PAD is a
computer, based dialer driven by a predictive software
algorithm. Operation is two fold; dialing is initiated by
predicting who will be the next available operator and when
they will be ready to receive new calls. Call efficiency is
achieved by eliminating idle time between calls thereby
increasing the number of productive call minutes every hour.
